Intent to Participate Form

Space will be limited. Please submit this form to secure registration.

This form must be completed by an adult.

Each participating student must have an adult sponsor to submit an Intent to Participate Form.
Teachers and other adult sponsors may submit 1 form for multiple students, simply by indicating how many students they are sponsoring below.

Important information

  • All Intent to Participate Forms & Artist Release/Permission Slips are due Thursday, April 6, 2023.

  • Projects must be delivered in ready to exhibit format (framed or matted) to ICOE, 4202 Sperber Rd, El Centro, CA 92243 (ACC-Bldg. E) on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 between 4:30pm - 6:30pm.

  • All artwork is subject to be showcased and potentially auctioned at the ICOE Foundation for Education's Autumn & the Arts fundraiser on October 5, 2023.
