Calling all Student Artists!

The 2023 ICOE Arts Festival is a student competition celebrating the fine arts.

Student artists can register to create and submit artwork in one of four categories:

  • Painting/Drawing

  • Photography

  • Digital Art, and

  • Sculpture.

Art enthusiasts will evaluate and judge projects based on art concepts and features. Lastly, students will be invited to a ceremony where they will be celebrated, and the top work will be acknowledged.

Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality, quality, execution, and overall impression.

 

Important Information

All Intent to Participate Forms & Artist Release/Permission Slips
are due Thursday, April 6, 2023.

 

Please note that artwork must be delivered in ready to exhibit format (framed or matted) to ICOE - ACC (Bldg. E), 4202 Sperber Rd in El Centro, CA on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 between 4:30pm - 6:30pm.

All artwork is subject to be showcased and potentially auctioned at the ICOE Foundation for Education's Autumn & the Arts fundraiser on October 5, 2023.
